This was a multi-discipline project featuring flat single-ply roofs, cladding, and tiling and slating, using a variety of products and techniques. Kingsley Midlands offer the package deal for roofing works to take the hassle of multiple contractors away from clients.

Using single-ply membranes, KRM undertook a full refurbishment of this school roof, including upgrading the insulation and installing all rooflights.

This project was a residential care home with single ply flat roofs and a mansard roof with an interlocking clay tile.

Kingsley installed this full refurbishment on council housing, overlaying the existing membrane and upgrading the insulation, using a mixture of torch on felt and cold-applied liquid.
